SRT InterOp Plugfest will be Co-Hosted by Telestream and will Feature the New Telestream Cloud | Stream Monitoring Service
SRT Alliance members to prove SRT interoperability for low latency streaming supported across all major cloud platforms during their virtual SRT InterOp Plugfest happening from December 8-10.
The SRT infrastructure, provided by Haivision, will include Makito X4 low latency H.264/HEVC video encoders, Haivision SRT Gateways hosted on Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Alibaba Cloud, as well as Haivision’s newest global stream routing cloud service, Haivision Hub.
Stream monitoring infrastructure will be provided by the leading provider of digital video tools, Telestream, with the new Telestream Cloud | Stream Monitoring Service establishing probes dynamically in any datacenter to measure the stream quality and network QoS. The SRT Plugfest marks the first time that multi-vendor interoperability and stream quality assurance have been brought together and the multi-cloud environment makes the event even more compelling.
Kenneth Haren, Director Product Management at Telestream, will join the SRT InterOp Plugfest kickoff webinar together with the driving force behind the SRT movement, Haivision’s Marc Cymontkowski, VP Engineering, Cloud Development, on Tuesday, December 8 at 9 am EST, 3 pm CET. During the webinar, Kenneth will demonstrate the use of Telestream Cloud alongside the Haivision infrastructure, and attendees will learn more about the specific engagement process for the Plugfest.
